Fryed Fish

1 Box Corn Flake Crumbs

1 Package of Shake and Bake

Seasoning of your choice - Garlic, Onion , Chile Pepper Powders, Ect.

1-2 cartons of Egg Beaters

Bring oil in fryer or pan to 400' plus

Towel dry fish and them into egg beaters. Place them into crumb mix and place

into oil. Note panfish cook fast!

Take fish out of oil when they turn golden brown; Enjoy



Snack Mix

1 box Wheat Thins
1 box Cheese It Crackers
1 box Gold Fish (pretzel or plain)
1 bag Bugles (plain)
1 box Mini Ritz crackers (plain)
1 bottle Orville Redenbacker Popcorn Oil
2 pkgs Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix (not dip mix)

Mix all ingredients together, fill 2 cake pans, and bake at 250 degrees for 45 min, stirring every 15 min.
Put on paper towels to cool.



Bob's Salsa

25 tomatoes - peeled & smashed
3 med size onions - chopped
3 gr peppers - chopped
3 T garlic powder
2 cans green chilies - chopped
3 jalepeno peppers - chopped
2 cups vinegar
3 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
3 T salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 - 6 oz tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar

Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until thick.  Put in jars and seal.  Makes 12 pints.


Bob's Venison Sausage

4 lbs. ground venison
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 T liquid smoke
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 T Mortons tenderquick curing salt

Mix.  Roll in foil to shape.  Put in long pan.  Add 1 to 2 cups water.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Steam 1 hour.  Open 1 end of foil to pour off juices and grease.  Eat hot or cold.
